Contests

If a contest is open to children under the age of 13, entry forms typically require child's first name, child's e-mail address and parent's e-mail address. This information is used to:
  - Notify both the parent and child if the child is a winner.
  -Ask the parent to claim the prize for his/her child via an online form.

Online Polls

Our web site offer interactive polls to users so they can easily share their opinions with other users and see what the rest of the audience thinks. We use a method of "marking" users after they have voted, so they can vote only once on a particular question. The tag can only serve this purpose and is therefore not correlated with other information about the voter or other members of the web site audience. Because these polls do not collect Personal information, no operational distinction is made for children under age of 13 and therefore no parental consent is sought.
